Where can I get a prescription?
Please visit your local optometrist for a comprehensive eye check to obtain your glasses prescription. Don ’t forget to ask your optometrist for your PD (pupillary distance) number. Note that prescriptions for glasses differ from contacts. Contact lens prescriptions can only be used for contact lenses and not glasses.
How do I read my prescription?

How will I know if the frames fit me?
Online shopping for glasses can be hard. Check out our guide on how to pick out frames here.
How long do you guys keep prescriptions on file?
We recommend visiting your optometrist every 2 years for a vision check up to ensure the most accurate prescription when ordering your glasses. Typically, we store our customer ’s prescription and order files for 5 years, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact us and one of our representatives will assist you in providing any available information for previous orders.
Ordering Glasses
What type of payments are accepted? Do you accept insurance?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as payments through PayPal.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept insurance and cannot help with the verification process required for your vision insurance company. However, you may use the invoice provided with your order from Choice Eyewear to verify with your insurance company.
How can I change my order?
If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact Us Here.
What is included in my order?
All our glasses include anti-scratch coating and UV protection coating. Glasses are shipped with a protective plastic hard case and a cleaning cloth. Additional eyeglass cases can be purchased through our accessories shop.
Can I send you my frames to put new lenses in it?
If your current frames are not frames purchased from Choice Eyewear, we will not accept the frames. A shipping fee of $6.50 will incur if we need to ship your personal frames back to you. In addition, we will not be responsible for any damages or loss when shipping the glasses back to you.
If the frames were purchased from Choice Eyewear, please contact us and we will work with you to see what options are available for your order.

When will I receive my glasses?
Due to the nature of our glasses being custom made, once an order is received, it typically takes around 10-14 business days for the glasses to arrive to you. Certain conditions can affect this time frame such as special orders that have strong prescriptions or require additional custom lab work.
Please understand that production and shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, external factors, or government inspections due to the nature of medical devices.
