Terms and Conditions

Shipping Policy


Once an order is placed, please allow at least 10-14 business days for the shipment of your glasses. This two week process includes the production of the glasses in our lab, quality control check, shipment from our lab to our distribution center, and finally shipment to our customers. Special orders that have strong prescriptions or require additional custom lab work such as bifocal, progressive and polycarbonate lenses will most likely require an additional 3-4 business days of lab work. In this case, you can expect your order to arrive at your destination in approximately 14-20 business days. Please note that processing and shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, external factors, or government inspections due to the nature of medical devices. Choice Eyewear does not guarantee a specific delivery date. 


We charge a flat shipping rate regardless of how many items are ordered. Choosing priority mail does not mean that your glasses will arrive in 2 days from the day it is ordered. The standard processing time of 10 business days is still required. Selecting priority shipping only ensures that the package will arrive in 2 days after it has been shipped out, but this is dependent on the United States Postal Office. Choice Eyewear cannot guarantee exact shipping times and is not responsible for late deliveries due to USPS delays.

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email associated with the order. All orders also come with a free protective hard case and cleaning cloth for your glasses.


During checkout, please verify your shipping address. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to an invalid or undeliverable address. A $4 reshipping fee will incur if the package is returned due to an incorrect, invalid or undelierable address entered during checkout.


International shipment times may vary depending on your country’s custom policies. It is common for a package to be "hand screened" by customs, which can add several weeks to the package's shipment time. Tracking information is not provided once the package leaves the United States border or crosses your country's border.



Return/Exchange Policy


If for any reason you are not happy with the glasses you have received, return them to us within 14 days of the receiving date and we will offer a 50% refund (excluding shipping and handling fees), back to the original payment, no questions asked. Items must be returned in new condition. We are not responsible for any return shipping charges. We recommend shipping your items back with tracking, as we will not be responsible for any lost packages that were not delivered back to us and cannot offer a refund/exchange if we do not receive the return. 


If the glasses have a manufacturing defect, return them to us within 14 days of receipt and a replacement pair will be sent at no charge. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by customer wear and tear after 30 days of receiving the product. 


Our glasses are made to order, therefore exchanges are subject to company discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges if the glasses are not in a new condition. There may also be an exchange fee associated with the order. We handle our orders case by case, so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with your order and we will try our best to make it right for you. 


Glasses are processed with the prescription received. We will not be responsible for any data entry errors in the actual prescription and prescription type for all mail in and phone orders that were ordered without a prescription copy sent in. Customers will be responsible for any additional charges required for remakes or corrections of glasses that were not a manufacturing error. Thus, it is highly recommended that a copy of the prescription be sent to our email at info@choiceeyewear.com or faxed to 1-415-753-2109 prior to ordering.


We will not be responsible for any rejected glasses and/or accessories due to institution policies. It is very important to review restrictions on glasses and/or accessories such as color, frame style, material and lens type prior to ordering. Please also review all frame measurements prior to ordering to make sure the glasses will fit properly.


Choice Eyewear is not responsible for any customer errors in placing an order. The customer is responsible for confirming that all order details are correct (color, size, lens options) from the confirmation email sent. If a confirmation email is not received within 12 hours, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Choice Eyewear. In the event that no email is to be provided by the customer, orders placed over the phone will be through a verbal verification and agreement the customer representative.




Cancellation Policy


Due to our glasses being custom made for our customers, if you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Contact us here

We try our best to keep the information on our website updated and accurate for our customers, but sometimes information may be incomplete or not updated. We reserve the right to change details and specifications on all products on our website at any time without notice to our customers. We try to provide our customers with the most accurate product pictures and descriptions, however, due to differences in monitors and devices, the actual frame colors may vary from the image colors on our website. We reserve the right to change any typographical errors, descriptions, and images without notice. 



Availability and Pricing


All prices are shown in USD ($). Prices may be changed at any time at our own discretion. We reserve the right to change any prices on our website without notice. Web prices may vary from catalogs. We reserve the right to refuse any promotions and coupons not offered from our company directly. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to remove any item from our website. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice. If your frames become out of stock after placing your order, we will contact you for a frame exchange or cancellation. 





By placing an order on our website, you understand and agree that we can communicate with you through the contact information filled in on the order. We reserve the right to contact you for prescription verification or other information before accepting/shipping your order.  



Order Cancellation/Refusal


We will try our best to fulfill your order, but if an order cannot be completed due to availability, price, prescription problems, or other factors, we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel the order you place with us. We will try our best to contact you first regarding your order, but we reserve the right to review all orders after placement before we begin processing and production. In the event an order is refused and/or cancelled, or changes must be made, we will attempt to notify you through the contact information provided in the order. We will not be responsible if the contact information provided (phone number/email address) is inaccurate, leading to communication failure. An email receipt does not guarantee that the order you placed was accepted.



Changes in Terms


From time to time, Choice Eyewear may revise the terms and conditions. We may add, remove or change the terms and policies on the site. It is up to the customer discretion to review such terms and policies; Choice Eyewear will not be responsible to notify customers of such changes. By using the site and placing orders, you are agreeing to the terms and policies set by Choice Eyewear. If at any time, you do not agree with the terms and policies, you must stop using our website immediately.
