Shipping policy
Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 10-14 business days for the processing and shipment of your glasses. This includes production, quality control, shipment from our lab to our distribution center, and final delivery to you. Please see the chart below for estimated processing times.

Special Orders:
For special orders such as those with strong prescriptions or requiring additional customization may require additional processing time. In these cases, you can expect delivery within approximately 14-20 business days.
Delays:
Please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, material availability, or government agency inspections related to medical devices. Choice Eyewear does not guarantee a specific delivery date, as shipping times are subject to external circumstances. If you need glasses by a certain time, we recommend ordering well in advance.
Shipping Rates:

USA (USPS First Class Mail): $7, free for orders over $89
- 4 to 7 business days after production and shipment

USA (USPS Priority Mail): $17
- 2 to 5 business days after production and shipment

International (DHL/USPS/UPS): Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address
- 3 to 20 business days after production and shipment depending on destination and carrier
Shipping Details:
A flat shipping rate is applied per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.
Priority Mail expedites delivery once the package has shipped but does not reduce the standard processing time of 14 business days. The delivery time for Priority Mail is subject to the United States Postal Service's delivery schedule.
Shipping timelines refer to transit time only. Please add the processing time listed above to get a full estimate for your order’s arrival.
Choice Eyewear is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS.
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
If you believe your package was misdelivered:
- Double check around your property and with neighbors
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number
- Email us, and we’ll assist by opening an investigation with the carrier
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and will only be considered after the carrier completes its investigation and confirms a delivery issue. Repeat claims of non-receipt orders may result in future order cancellations.
If you do not receive your order within one month of shipment, please contact us. Please note, we are unable to assist with tracking or locating packages that are more than 30 days past the shipment date.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. All orders will also include a complimentary protective hard case and a cleaning cloth.
Address Verification
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure its accuracy. Choice Eyewear is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
In the event that a package is returned back to us due to address errors, a $7 reshipping fee will apply for the re-dispatch of your order.
If a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
International Shipments:
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on your country's customs policies. Customs processing can add several weeks to the delivery time, which is beyond our control. Once your package leaves the United States, it is the customer's responsibility to track and manage the delivery process. Delivery to remote international areas may experience extended delays beyond the standard delivery window.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for checking with their local customs office for any additional charges and for adhering to their country's import regulations.
Customs Seizures & Shipping Refunds:
Choice Eyewear is not responsible for customs fees, or for any loss or shipping refunds if the package is seized or destroyed by customs. Once the package leaves the United States, we cannot be held liable for customs decisions or delays.
Lost Packages & Delays:
For issues related to lost packages, customs delays, or other concerns once the package is in your country, please contact your local customs office or post office for assistance. We recommend monitoring your shipment using the provided tracking number to stay updated.
